"Very likely"? Fair enough. Name some current chats where that's true. There might be two on this entire review site I haven't played at, and even the ones that I give rave reviews for (SDM, RoD, etc) have got STs that are dragging their feet and sacrificing their commitment to run for a slew of reasons. really like to know what games are out there where

Owain's very much correct. It's not even that these people aren't reasonable or fine STs in their own right. But you get enough people together with both the anonymity of the Internet, the hubris innate in WoD players and the inflectionless neutrality of text for misunderstandings; and you have yourself a time bomb of people getting pissy and not doing their jobs.
