Sinful Illusions is looking to add to our Changeling Staff and our Mage Staff- which is in the process of getting ready to open that venue.
The Application can be found on our website (http://www.sinful-illusions.com - link at top)
And should be submitted by FPM to SignalDancer *or* to signaldancer@gmail.com

Feel free to FPM Allegory (our head CtD guy) or myself with questions if you have them, or Deschain (our head MtA guy)

*WtA Staff is currently full, which is not to say that we wont be hiring in the future. We probably will.

Great in theory, rarely in application. STs are a fickle lot, and usually given toward running only when they have a mind to. Still, if it works out, they might revolutionize the way we get lazy STs to do their jobs!

It is quite possible for a team to work as a ST whole for the good of their game and players. If the STs are more concerned with the service and story they provide and not their personal wants or ideas a team approach can be surprisingly productive. It is also an opportunity to aid in the rampant complications to the venue that some from burnout, ST emergencies that keep them off line and the need for personal time off.

Lots of communication and dedication, Sts might be a fickled lot but there are also a host of them out there who love the game and would welcome the chance to not have to carry an entire venue alone.

Yeah, that's possible in the same way that Communism technically could work if you take out any real life factors and look at it with starry-eyed optimism. I'm not saying it's not a wonderful notion, but the idea of a communal group of STs genuinely putting aside their OOC and IRL baggage to just do what they made a commitment to do? Not bloody likely. Every chat has a few that do it for varying lengths of time, but some unwritten rule of the Internet prohibits a whole team from ever congregating in one place.

It's actually very likely. open a WoD core book or any gaming book for that matter. Gaming systems themselves are build by teams, video games are built by teams, collectible card games are built by teams. Obviously you have never worked in the creative technical field.

When one is creative and dedicated to a product or idea they will work together for the good of said project/idea. I am not saying that there is not conflict, it is all give and take and never easy but well worth it in the end.

I can not speak for online but I have seen it work not only in the tech/gaming field but in LARP teams as well.

Teamwork is harder when you can't meet with the others in the flesh. Not impossible. But harder.

"Very likely"? Fair enough. Name some current chats where that's true. There might be two on this entire review site I haven't played at, and even the ones that I give rave reviews for (SDM, RoD, etc) have got STs that are dragging their feet and sacrificing their commitment to run for a slew of reasons. So... I'd really, really like to know what games are out there where the entire team of the STs are all running multiple times a week.

Owain's very much correct. It's not even that these people aren't reasonable or fine STs in their own right. But you get enough people together with both the anonymity of the Internet, the hubris innate in WoD players and the inflectionless neutrality of text for misunderstandings; and you have yourself a time bomb of people getting pissy and not doing their jobs.

Wow. The theory of hiring for a Werewolf game; online.

Really folks, the problem is I have no one available for those hours. So people who get off early EST and that are Euro are right unintentionally getting a shaft when they shouldn't. I myself don't finish work until about midnight EST, except for weekends and Tuesdays.

You'll find, and be surprised to find that my needs are always practical, and with the game explosion a few more staff helps.
