The Empire has splintered into several states, all warring over conquering the others and reuniting the land under a new emperor.
The State of Qin is organized, wealthy, and ruthless, poised to conquer all of the Empire.
PCs take the role of everyday citizens of Qin, suddenly possessed of great power and the potential to become heroes.
I am looking for a small group, no more than 2 or 3 other than myself.
I am also looking for experienced RPGers who want to CO-GM with me, each of us will be both player and GM, have our own PC and take turns running small scenarios for each other.
The system is simple, fluid, and excellent.
I am not necessarily looking for someone who has the core books, more important is finding some experienced RPGers interested in the setting and CO-GMing. The rules and setting can be picked up rather quickly and easily.
